Is there any way to set up a reply to incoming messages that you're "Out of
the Office" if you're not using the Microsoft Exchange Server. This feature is not available. So is there a work around? Possibly a rule? Thanks in advance. Sharon |

Use the "reply with template" rule.

Hi Sharon,
If you are not familiar with Outlook rules you can use an add-in called Auto Reply Manager for Outlook. All my friends use it when they leave town for a few days or when they are on the lunch break at the office. You can find out more at this link: http://www.emailaddressmanager.com/o...uto-reply.html "Sharon Forest" Sharon wrote in message ...
