How can I change the default Duration time in Journal?
 

Is there any way to change the default Duration time in Journal?

I am trying to get the new Journal entry to open with a default duration of
1 min. Instead of 0 min.? It would save me a few seconds a day.

I know it doesn't seem like much, but time adds up, and quickly...

If there is anyway to modify the Default Duration time please let me know.
