Restoring after crash

I have been restoring all my applications including Outlook 2003 to a new
computer. After the Coffee Disaster of 2006, I do have a good backup and a
usable outlook.pst file.

I have successfully imported all e-mail, tasks and contacts from that outlook
file into the new one. So far so good.

Two issues at present:

1. How can I restore all my old Rules into the new installation?
2. How can I restore my old e-mail account settings?

TIA,
Joe Parsons

Accounts details stored in the old PC registry
There are third party apps that can recover these from the registry but dont
know if they only work on the 'working' registry
