Outlook 2003 SMTP server not responding
I am unable to send e-mail from Outlook 2003. The program responds with a
timeout on the SMTP server. I am however able to send e-mail on Outlook Express, using exactly the same settings as I have in Outlook. I have recently installed ActiveSync for a PDA which I have acquired, but I have never tried to send e-mail from this PDA. I have uninstalled Active Sync, but still no joy. (I have not re-installed it.) I have also un-installed Outlook, and then re-installed it, but still with no success. Any ideas?
