restoring outlook files
Having reformatted our C drive and also saving all contents of it on our D
drive, we are now having probs restoring some files. We have restored what looks to be the archive e Mails but no address book or current mail. I think i may have found them in the C drive back which is a bkf. files but cant seem to restore or they are not showing any where. (used the wizard) How can i check they are the correct files and then restore. |

restoring outlook files
this is quite helpful but i think the pst files are restored as i followed
the restore and it does't change any thing ( i also cant find any additioanl pst files). However I have my origianl address book missing and mail from 14/11 to 1/1 missing so i guess its just archives that have restored. I did find a back up file on the d drive which goes through a wizard to restore what you check, but these show as bkf files and even though i followed the wizard nothe has re-appeared. the pst files i had found and thought i'd restored were 154,000 kb and 265kb. Not sure what to do now? "DL" wrote: http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/backupandrestore.htm "lilley" wrote in message ...
