Outlook font problem

Office 2003 SP2

We have one user that in Outlook, when he composes and send an email, it
comes out in TImes New Roman font. All of his settings are for Arial, and
when he composes it, it is in Arial. But when any recipient gets it, it is in
Times New Roman.

How weird! Any ideas?

Thanks

Thanks. Actually, Rich Text Format is the only one in which it does work
correctly, so that does not seem applicable.
