Default Make it possible to re-download Outlook when wiped by update.

Recently installed updates from Microsoft (Windows and Office Professional
2003) appear to have disabled Outlook 2003. It has got unhitched from both
Word and Internet Explorer. I have no program disk to use in reinstalling: I
or the man who set up my new WINXPPRO system must have upgraded from 2002
online. I need to reinstall, but how?

You should contact Microsoft Support or Licensing directly regarding this.
An online upgrade as you suggest is not available. Recovery or installation
discs should have been provided.
