Default Outlook should let me disable the reading pane - for *all* folders

I prefer not to use Outlook's reading pane. I prefer to open emails in a
separate window to read them. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an
option to disable the reading pane *globally* in Outlook, across *all*
folders at once. Thus, I have to switch it off several times before I get all
of my folders "trained" to not show the reading pane.

Please add an option to disable the reading pain across the board!
