Go start ..all programs... locate Microsoft Outlook form the menu displayed..
right click it and drag n drop into the 'startup' folder

Of course if OL starts, and starts polling before your network is connected
or your AV is live then.........?

Sorry, is there another way?. Not sure what you mean by AV

Anti Virus
It may cause no problems, but it could, and it doesnt really save much time
or energy starting OL after win etc is fully loaded
You could allways use a batch file, with a delay
