outlook is failing when requesting from server
When outlook is trying to request data from the server the process is failing and the icon in the system tray has an exclamation mark on it. All updates have been applied and the network connection is fine. The email account works fine on another computer.

Since I posted the problem Outlook won't open at all. It starts to open and then freezes.
