how do i get sent messages to be saved in sent items folder
 

i set up a second account (an IMAP) and sent messges are not being saved to
Sent Items Folder - I checked my preserences and the are set for sent
messages to be saved - but they don't

how do i get sent messages to be saved in sent items folder
 

Are they being saved in the Sent Items of the primary account?

I maintain a primary POP account and a secondary IMAP account, but they both
use the same outbound server. All sent items reside in the primary
account's sent items folder.
