Lookup Outlook Contact does not work
 

Hello everyone,

I have Outlook 2007 with configured MAPI e-mail account for corporate
Kerio MailServer 6.
My contact folder is included into Outlook Address Book however:
- Lookup Outlook Contact does not work;
- contact picture is not show for incoming messages;
- way Outlook displays From field differs from specified in
corresponding Outlook contact.

Any ideas?

You are using the Kerio Outlook Connector? Have you checked their support
site? Does the connector add it's own address book to outlook?

Do you see your Contacts when you click on To when composing messages?


- way Outlook displays From field differs from specified in
corresponding Outlook contact.
The From field in new messages gets the display name from the sender, not
from your Contacts.

Yes, I do use Kerio Outlook Connector (Offline Edition). I've checked
their support but didn't find anything regarding my problem.
I guess it does add its own OAB, because there is one MAPI OAB and I
neither can remove it nor create a new one.
My Contacts folder is shown within address book and I can see my
contacts when I click To button.

There is a thing which confuses me the most: sometimes contact
pictures are shown and sometimes not. And there is no pattern.
