This will not let me send my email as I have done previously. I seriously
resent the fact that I will have to change my email address. There should be
a very user friendly way to accomplish this!

Hi - I'm not sure what your post means. If you are having problems with a
free Hotmail account, check the Hotmail support pages. If this is a paid
Hotmail account, I believe you get phone support. If you want to change your
e-mail address, you'll need to talk to whomever runs the mail server you
connect to...you can't change an e-mail address in an e-mail client. If this
is an Outlook question, you'll need to rephrase it to get any useful help.

"this mail server has captured my account"
Servers don't capture anything. What is "this"?

"no hotmail correspond"
That means something?

"This will not let me send my e-mail".
And "this" is what?

"resent ... have to change my email address"
Don't know why. You've been clear as mud as to your problem. If
someone hacked into your freebie account, well, you already knew that
freebie accounts don't come with any support. You'll have to create
another freebie account. It is free. If it was a paid account then you
should have a contact at Hotmail to get help of hijacking of your
account (if that is what you really meant to ask about).

Next time, don't easily guessed passwords, password based on your name,
your pet's name, your address, or any other personal information for
you, and don't use the webmail interface to Hotmail when away from home
unless you make sure the cookie isn't saved so someone else can't just
walk up to the same host after you leave to reconnect to Hotmail as you
(there is the option on the login page to NOT save the cookie).
However, if you are using someone else's host to log into your accounts,
you won't know if they are using a keylogger to get your username and
password.

"There should be a very user friendly way to accomplish this"
Unfortunately you don't explain what the second "this" means which
appears to be different than the first unknown "this". We aren't there
looking over your shoulder to see which "this" you are pointing at on
your computer screen.

Because your post has been so vague, please please provide the following
information so that someone can attempt to duplicate your problem and offer
practical troubleshooting advice:

1) Version of Outlook
2) Email environment: Exchange, POP3, etc.
3) Does you have a PST? If so, what is the size?
4) Are there any error messages/numbers?
5) Have you checked the application event viewer for any Outlook or
Office-related errors? If there are, what are the Event ID number(s) &
source(s)?
6) What troubleshooting steps have you taken yourself, so you're not told to
take steps you've already tried?
7) Is the antivirus scanning incoming/outgoing mail?
8) What is the polling frequency for mail?
9) Are there any COMs, Add Ins, Fax or synch software running?
