Outlook Mobile Service Address Book NOT Working
Every time I try to send a text message through Outlook Mobile Services, I
CANNOT use the address book. It has been "made" when I configured the account, but it does not contain ANY mobile numbers from my main Outlook address book, as it is supposed to. I must physically type in the full mobile phone number. It does not appear in the mobile address book, even after I send a text message through Outlook. Outlook also quits - kicks me right out and restarts - each time I try to use the mobile address book. Can someone please help me figure out what is wrong? Please excuse cross-posting. I want to make sure this is noticed and responded to. I need this problem to be fixed if it can be. Here is my info. Please feel free to ask for any more info if you need it in order to answer me. Thank you very much. Outlook: Outlook 2007 Mobile Service Account: SMS Officer Mobile Phone Provider: AT&T Internet: Firefox 3.5.2 OS: Windows XP Professional Email Provider: Qwest From, Candy |

Are you trying to send a mail message to the phone number? What is the "mobile address book"? Outlook sure doesn't have anything by that name. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
