What version of Outlook are you using? Did you look in your Deleted
Items folder?

When the week changes, based on what you have specified in Outlook settings,
then your grouping WILL change. If your working week starts on a Monday,
then emails you received on Sunday will be classified as Last Week.....
Tomorrow, emails you received today, will be grouped as "Yesterday"......
And so on and so on.
Perfectly normal behaviour...
