Email to all addresses in auto populate

I have Outlook 2003 and I am in the process of changing my email
address and would like to notify all contacts that have been saved in
my auto populate. Is there a way to email them all or do I have to
manually add each one? Thanks!!

Err why are you saving your contacts in autopopulate? That's not the place
to save them. The correct place to save them is in your Contacts folder.
You will either have to add them one by one or use a third-party utility to
extract them and add them to your Contacts, where they should have been in
the first place.

That's a risky thing to do - you could easily lose all of them.

See http://www.slipstick.com/problems/nicknamecache.asp for tools you can
use to get the names out of the autocomplete cache.
