Sometimes turning off / diasabling the AV intergration doesnt work, and as
such it is neccessary to completely uninstall the Av, reboot, prior to reinstalling without the Outlook intergration "Jack B. Pollack" wrote in message ... Thanks. In addition, when it comes to Norton an uninstall isn't complete. There is a
utility on their website to help perform a proper uninstall. "DL" wrote in message ... I uninstalled NAV Corp and reinstalled without the email integration.
So far (only a few hour test) it appears to be OK. Thanks to all. Will post back only if the problem persists. "Jack B. Pollack" wrote in message ... Using Outlook 2003 SP3.
