my Outlook 2003 program crashes everytime I delete an email? Why

Can someone help me every time I delete an email in my outlook 2003 program
my Outlook 2003 locks out and becomes completely innoperable, a Microsoft
reporting window then opens to file a report back to Mr Gates himself (I
assume) Outlook then sloooooowly closes down then outomatically opens up
again but in a very sticky and unstable form. I have been told it is because
I have deleted some files. I have deleted none whatsoever in fact I got this
program for christmas and have been forced to re format my hardrive over 8
times now in an attempt to fix the problem ....
I am beginning to hate anything with Microsoft written on it. so why is my
microsoft Outlook so unstable.... ? Thanking you in anticipation ....

Gosh, it sounds like you are having some problems with your system.
Eight rebuilds is excessive. What kind of operating system do you use?
What other programs do you have installed? Do you have the full office
system or just the Outlook 2003 program? Do you have any add-ins?
What error do you get when your system goes awry?
