I have a client that just received a new computer so their auto complete email was reset...
My understanding is that you need to manually search for the recipient once and then that address is remembered & will auto complete next time it is used... This user is claiming that after 3 or 4 days some of the people he has previously emailed are no longer auto-completing... Anyone have any idea why this might be happening ? regards, Dave Porter DJ Software |

The history of people he has email is stored in the NK2 files on his
computer. Have him locate them on the old computer and move them over to the same location on the new computer. -- Billy Williams Williams IT Service Microsoft Certified Professional Microsoft Office User Specialist CompTIA A+ Certified Computer Technician "Dave Porter" wrote in message ...
