Programmatically remove Custom Form in Outlook
 

Good Morning,

I was wondering if there is a way we can programmatically remove a custom
form in outlook. either v 2003 or 2007

for example, to programmatically install a custom form, i followed
directions in this post http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/907985
but I am unable to find any post which indicates how to remove one.
