It is located directly under the Inbox folder and lets me know how many unread messages I have. It is also italicized. I really like that function and would like to know how can I get it back? Right-click Search Folder and choose "New Search Folder". Click OK. -- Brian Tillman |

I find it easy enough to keep my Folder List in view in the Navigation Pane and find any folder I have. I don't know the Favorites behavior patterns. However, my inclination is to think Outlook might not be closing even if you think it is closed. The next time you close Outlook, start the Task Manager (Ctrl-Shift-Esc) and look at the Processes tab. Do you see OUTLOOK.EXE there? -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
