I am having a problem where any pictures in email are being replaced with
URL's, it started when I was using Office XP and tried upgrading to Outlook 2003 but still not fixed. I went in to ToolsOptionssecuritychange automatic download settings and unchecked the boxes. I also set my Zone settings to internet but still no pictures, every picture is replaced with a URL. I also went into the Outlook Secure Temp folder and emptied it, below is an example of what I mean. Any email that has a lot of web content shows up with tons of URL's to all the pictures. It is very frustrating, we use Exchange server and I am the only one on the entire network with this problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated. http://images.moneyandmarkets.com/re...01/header8.gif |

I figured it was the Anti-Virus also but when I disabled it from starting up
and rebooted my computer I still have the same problem. I do see that even when an HTML email comes in my Outlook shows it as Plain Text. Does anyone know how to force Outlook to display HTML email as HTML and not plain text? Thanks "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote in message ... that usually happens when you have outlook set for plain text or your virus scanner does it. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. My mistake, sorry for the bother. It was my Anti-Virus, I didn't completely
stop all of it's services. Problem fixed. Thanks "Dwayne" wrote in message ...
