No option to create rules
I can't create rules, there are no options for rules under tools,
there is no option when right clicking on a message. Its as if my version of outlook 2003 was not installed with the ability to use rules..... Any ideas? |

Did you try detect and repair? Is this a corporate computer or your home

Detect and repair did not work and this is my home computer.

Is this an upgrade from a previous version of Outlook or did you at one time
