Attachements to email
 
When I attach files to an email it is attaching them in the body of the email
instead of under the subject line. How do I change the setting?

That behavior is determined by your message format and Outlook version,
neither of which you mentioned. Explain why you think it matters.

Attachements to email
 
That means you are using RTF message format. Go to tools, options, mail
format and change it to html or plain text.
