Custom Form Question

OL 2007 with Exchange Server:

I have created two custom forms for use in our firm. Each are
essentialy the same - they are tasks, and they now contain a second
tab with a simple sheet that we fill in boxes on as we sign off on the
task. I think I did everything the same on both.

We create these tasks by selecting action|new custom task. My
questions is this - one of the tasks will appear with a task icon, but
the other will apper with a message post icon (the one with the yellow
paper with a push pin in it). I can't for the life of me find where
to specify what type of form this should be. Can anyone help with
this?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks! However, I think I have found the source of the difference.
On that tab where you define the icon (Properties) there is a checkbox
entitled "send form definition with item". This was checked for the
one task that used the correct icon. When I unchecked it, it also now
uses the wrong icon.

I have done a little reading, and it looks like we don't want that box
checked, so I have left it unchecked. We have had some irregularities
with these published forms in the past - could this check box be the
culprit?

Also, when I browse to find the icon, there are no icons there. Do
you happen to know where those files are kept?

Thanks again!
