downloading contacts from PDA to Outlook
 

I lost Outlook in a machine crash and lost my contacts. However I have them
on my PDA. How can I copy them back to my re-installed Outlook

With the sync software supplied with your pda

use your sync software but be sure that it is configured so the pda is the
master source, not outlook. Otherwise they might be deleted.
