Mail error
 

I have been using outlook for a week and it was working fine
all of a sudden i cannot retreive any emails, i can send but not receieve in
outlook.
i have a Hotmail plus account
the service status in oultook says
Mail: error
Calender: connected
Contact: connected

can you help me with that??
