Default auto archiving

I've got a mailbox that receives admin logs. On the first of each month I
want to automatically archive all mail from the preceeding month into a file
named for the month, i.e.; on August 1st I want to archive all mail from
July to july08.pst. Can that be done with outlook 2003 or would that
require a reskit or 3rd party tool?

thanks,

Bob
