Delete from additional mailboxes.
 

Hi,

I have additional mailboxes in my outlook profile and when I delete
something from my added mailboxes they end up in my primary mailbox deleted
items. Is there any way to make then end up in the additional mailbox
deleted items instead

No.

You only can create a new profile in Outlook and make the "other" Mailbox to
your default mailbox, then the deleted items will be moved into the "other"
standard Mailbox.
