Hello,

We need to update the standard Country/Region list in Outlook (against
Exchange mailboxes) to include the new country, Kosovo. Does anyone
know please if that be done by administrators or do need we wait for
an MS patch?

I know the users can manually type Kosovo in the Country/Region list
but they'd like to see it in the drop-down list.

if you have a support contract, open a support incident to request it. AFAIK
you can't edit it yourself.
