I recently deleted some of my callender is there a way to retreive them

Hi Mack
If you have used Shift + delete then it would permanently delete the
appointment. however if you done a normal delete say by using the delete
option then check with the deleted items folder on outlook. you will find
those appointments. you can drag and drop those emails to the calendar.

What version of Outlook are you using? Do you have an Exchange server? Do
you have a backup of your information store?
