Default Outlook 2007 Fonts & Backup

When I set up an appointment in the calendar when you go to month view all
the information that showed up in outlook 2003 no longer does. Can I change
the fonts in outlook just for the calendar?

How can you backup the contacts & calendar in outlook 2007?

Lastly, when I go to contacts, and format text the fonts and paragraph
fields can not be accessed. Is this right?

I'm new to outlook. I don't know what you mean by level of detail. Can you
explain what I'm looking for? Thanks

Outlook 2007 has low, medium and high options to the right of the day week
month tabs.

If its not the high/low setting, what did you see before and what do you see
now? It could be the autopreview view or other things, depending on exactly
what you saw before.

Find and copy the pst file.

Where are you looking?
The only field that supports changing fonts would be the notes field.

It just seems that the fonts in the 2003 outlook are smaller than 2007 and
more information fit on the monthly view. I have it set to the high display.
Can you help me? Thanks
