calendar shows 12am-12am

Default calendar shows 12am-12am

for some reason, even though i have set the days to have the starting time
start at 9am, i open my calendar and it shows the start time as 12am. is
there any fix?

Outlook 2003

I have adjusted the options.

The calendar always shows all the hours of a day but shades the work day
differently.

Default calendar shows 12am-12am

If your hour scale and screen size are such that all 24 hours can be
displayed then they will be. You can adjust the scale to spread out the
hours by right clicking the hour scale on the left and selecting a smaller
unit of time.
