Default Multiple Progiles in Outlook 2K3 problem

Hi All,

I'm having a problem lately with multiple profiles. Using Outlook 2K3
running against Exchange 2K3, I've got about a dozen or so mailboxes to
which I need access, each of which has a profile set up on my machine.
Outlook is set up to prompt me to select a profile when I launch the app,
however, recently it stopped prompting me each time I launch Outlook. The
only time it prompts me now is after a log off or reboot. When attempting
to switch to a different profile in the past, I made sure that the Outlook
process has completely gone away in TaskManager and that MAPI32 (?) is gone,
as well. Lately I've noticed that the MAPI process is not running at all.

I'm thinking that there might be an issue with the registry but before I do
a repair or start digging around in regedit I wanted to see if anyone has
any ideas. Any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks & Ciao

outlook is not closing properly - you have something keeping it open.

Diane,

Thanks for the reply. I have some non-MS add ins that I'll experiment with
to see what happens, and will investigate the options at SlipStick.
