Open Outlook and select from the menu:
- TOOLS - OPTIONS - E-MAIL OPTIONS... Button - Turn on the check mark next to "Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder". Now Click the ADVANCED E-MAIL OPTIONS... Button - Turn OFF the check mark next to "In folders other than the Inbox, save replies with original message" This should do the trick. Nikki Peterson "John" a wrote in message ... Yes the message sends. But if user replys or forwards e-mail from personal
folder it saves sent messgae in that personal folder instead of going to sent items folder under his default mailbox. I can change this by replying to a message and selecting options and change where it saves sent items but it would take me hours to do for all his personal folders. Is their a quicker way?
