Default How do I stop Outlook from compressing an attachment?

At the present time, if I attach a file to an OUtlook e-mail, it is received
as a PKZIP file. HOw could I have it arrive just as a regular text message?

Thanks for info

Outlook doesn't do that. You must have an add-in that's doing it.

you are using an addin that automatically zips attachments - check the
options in your zip program. If on a corporate network, check with your
administrator.
