you can't change the template, you can use stationery. if you want more

How do I locate and change the template for emails
I'm kind of wanting to know the same thing. Is there stationery any place
else that one can download that actually works with Outlook? I have Outlook 2007 and Windows XP. Also, what is the outlook editor? And, if I have to make changes to my system before using "outside stationery", what do I have to do, and how do I do it? Thanks.
