importing add brackets to phone number
 

When I import contacts from either .csv or .wab files to Outlook 2007, the
first two digits of the phone number are bracketed.

ie (04) 6789 0987

I dont want the brackets.

Help Please ... thank you.

.... and by the way, I dont want the spaces either, since I wish to export
them in their raw form as .vcf files into Nokia Contacts.

Outlook's masking of phone numbers is hard-coded and relies on the correct
settings of your Windows Modem and Dialing Properties. Your phone should be
able to handle standard international format.
