OL2002: Can't Remove Icon From Toolbar

I uninstalled Pocketknife Peek from Outlook 2002 (on Win XP Home SP 2). The uninstall worked but the Peek icon is still on the Standard toolbar. I can't remove the icon in the normal way (Add or Remove Buttons) since the icon is greyed. How may I remove the icon?

I should have thought of this easy solution sooner: Simply reset the toolbar. Sorry about that.
