Default Mail sent using Outlook 2003 not received???

Have recently using Outlook 2003. I have esperienced a problem - some of my
mail that I have sent (and is in sent folder) has not been received by
person I sent it to. Is there a problem here? What can I do to fix?

If an item gets moved from the Outbox to the Sent Items folder then
Outlook received an +OK status back from the mail server saying that
it successfully got your outbound message. You have no control over
your e-mail once the mail server has it. The problem is on the
recipient's end or between your mail server and them.

I too have this problem. What is one to do to correct the situation?

Contact your ISP and have them trace a message through their system.

And what of "the problem is on the recipient's end" did you not
understand? Don't hijack. Start your own thread. Provide the
details of YOUR problem.
