The answer - Tools-Send/Receive-Send/Receive Settings-Define Send/Receive Groups and check the settings there. HTH |

Time is reported in each of our newsreaders in our local time. Your clock is set wrong. -- Ken Blake, Microsoft MVP - Windows Desktop Experience Please Reply to the Newsgroup |

Ignore the time police.
Uncheck the option for an automatic polling interval - this is what causes an automatic send/receive on startup. You can also check your send/receive settings under the Tools-Send/Receive settings options that cause an automatic send/receive process. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. When it is a matter of days/weeks/months - it matters. Otherwise, it is just nitpicking.
