Default exceed message size problem 2nd time

for outlook 2003 and sbs2003 with exchange 6.5
2nd time this happened.
originally outlook not able to send large attachment email, message was
that size exceeded the users limit...............
changed all the many places in exchange to allow size needed, didn't solve
the problem,
so deleted the outlook profile from the
control panel mail, recreated the outlook profile and all was good for about
a month
then the problem comes back.
i can send the large emails for the same user with a mail account set up in
outlook express, so i think the exchange settings are ok.

does outlook periodically just have to have its profiles reset? because it
somehow gets
corrupted? is there some arcane setting in the outlook profiles somewhere,
or registry perhaps
that needs to be set?

also have a 2nd user account setup in outlook that also went 'bad' so to
speak, it used to work, now i can't even
expand the 2nd user account mailbox

For profiles reset question... The answer is no. Outlook 2003 with SP2/SP3
installed acquires what the max. message submission size is when it
starts/connects to a Microsoft Exchange 2003 SP2. It also acquires other
quota limits like prohibit send when a mailbox ist at "x" KB.

For the second one of can't expand mailbox #2. First thought that comes to
my mind based on the image in my head is a permissions error. Just so you
know why I say this is that the image that comes to mind based on your
description is that mailbox #2 was added to mailbox #1 outlook profile. You
are trying to expand that folder list that represents mailbox #2 and can't.
