Multiple copies of same message in archive
Have Outlook 2003. At times when I import the archived file I find that
there are multiple copies of the same message. I have to (1) delete the archive file, (2) painstakenly eliminate the duplicate messages, and then (3) create a "fresh" archive file. Is there some setting that can be used to prevent multiple copies of the same message in the archive file (pst)? Thank you.

Why are you importing the Archive & not simply opening it?
