Reply from same e-mail address
Hello guys:
I could not find an answer for that, and it seems pretty basic. I have a company e-mail account. I have more than one e-mail address (aliases) - e.g.: ; ; All these e-mails end up in the same account (the first one). When replying, I would like Outlook to use the e-mail for each the message was sent. It seems that for that to happen I would have to have 3 Outlook accounts -- is that right or am I missing something? Thanks, Peter |

That's the default behaviour of Outlook IF the accounts are well and truly separate. as yours are aliases, it will reply using the default account, unless you select the account to use via the Accounts button in the compose window. AFAIK. |

AFAIK. Good to know I am not missing anything; bad to know it does not behave the way I would like it too. Thank you, Gordon, Peter |
