Exchange 2003 SP2 + Outlook 2003 SP3 (Cached Exchange mode)
How can I tell if the OST file is Unicode-formatted or not?

Here is more details:
A laptop user intermittently receives emails with blank message body.
I have done tons research on this issue and got no solutions. I am
currently suspecting the user's large OST file which is about 2GB now.
One MS KB article says that Unicode-formatted OST file supports up to
20GB, while Ansi-formtted OST file supports up to 2GB.
How can I tell which format the OST file is using?

Thanks a lot!!

Right-click the mailbox root in the Navigation Pane. Select Properties,
then click Advanced. Select the Advanced tab. There is a "Mailbox Mode"
section near the bottom that will say.
