I was running Office 2003, and upgraded to the trial edition of Outlook 2007
(haven't used Outlook before). It seemed to install fine, but won't let me write emails (the new box is grey, but I receive emails fine), won't let me add contacts or add appointments to the calender. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. |

Sounds like you are deactivated. How long has it been since install?

Yes, I have activated my trial product. Under the activate menu, there is
only the option to convert to the full product. Any other ideas? Thanks "Gordon" wrote: "CBedo" wrote in message ...
