outlook 2007 labels

Default outlook 2007 labels

I went to tools /mail merge/ outlook created a mail merge document/ then it
ask for my data source and I'm lost. I want labels printed for my contacts in
my personal folder.

And where is this "tools /mail merge"? Word 2007 doesn't have it, and
Outlook 2007 doesn't either....

I opened up my personal folder and am looking at a list of my contacts. On
that page under tools is mail merge.

So what's the problem? just select the options you want and off you go....

Default outlook 2007 labels

Hard to say since you didn't post your steps. Clearly you are not doing the
merge correctly. I suspect you are using the mail merge helper instead of
the mail merge toolbar, or else the merge process wouldn't be asking you for
your data source. Use the mail merge helper only to select your label type,
then dismiss it and use the correct method.

and make sure Word is closed before you start your merge - I am having that
problem myself on 2007 but only if I commence the merge with a Word doc
open.
