Default Outlook 2007 - Poor Performance after SP1 installation

why is caching turned off?

We turned caching off due to the way our users work. By caching I mean
the .PST and .OST files. Since we use Citrix we had no end of problems
with lost .PST and .OST files. M$ does not support networking these
files btw. They are meant to be stored on the local computer, and the
user is not meant to use another one at all (try using large sharepoint
lists in a Terminal server environment).
