Default Forwarding outside email to Outlook Express

Hello everyone,

I don't have a lot of experience using Outlook Express. I have version 2003.
Would somebody be able to tell me if it's possible to forward my Yahoo email
to Outlook Express? and if it's possible, would you please let me know how
to do it.

Thank you,

A.R.

For Outlook Express support, you'll want to ask in the
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general newsgroup, however you may want to
look at Yahoo's support pages which talk about the fact that a POP3 client
is only allowed for people who pay for the 'premium' accounts (or whatever
they are calling it).

Technically, you don't forward mail to a mail client. You forward mail to a
mail address and the owner of that mailbox uses whatever mail client s/he
wishes to get the mail from that mailbox. If you access mail via Yahoo
(i.e., using your web browser), then open the message you with to forward,
click "Forward", and enter the address to which it should go. Whether or
not the owner of that mailbox uses Outlook Express is up to him or her.

If you are the owner of the mailbox and you mean you want to read messages
using Outlook Express instead of whatever you're using now, then your Yahoo
account must be a paid account (for US-based Yahoo) before Yahoo will allow
you to get your mail using Outlook Express or Outlook or Thunderbird or
Eudora or any other mail client you use.
