Default Outlook asking password when started

Hi,
I use Outlook to connect to an Exchange profile.
However, when I start Outlook, it prompts for enter password.
How can I make Outlook remember that password? There isn't the box
"Remember pass":

In the account options, under the "Protection" tab, the option for "ask
for access credentials" is disabled:

Any ideas to fix this?
Thanks

Are you connecting to Exchange via RPC over HTTPS?

I think via HTTPS. Some screenshots:

My instinct is to tell you no that it can't be done in regards to RPC over
HTTPS. However one thing I haven't try is to see if you can store the
password in XP to see if it will use it. This dialog of interest is
accessed via the User Accounts applet in the control panel. Select the
account and then pick Manage My Network Passwords from the related task pane
on the left.

PS - steps taken from a workstation not joined to a domain

Ok, my PC is not part of a domain.
I went to my network password, there was an entry with the same name of
my exchange profile. I modified his properties, inserting my password.
When I hit OK, it ask me if it have to change the password on the
domain, I say no.
Restarting Outlook, it prompt me again for the password.

No third-party program to solve this issue?

Thank you
